“This policy proposal aims to reduce the prevalence of bias and stereotypes towards URMs in primary schools by extending the scope of compulsory bias prevention training for teachers.”

The team has consulted individual teachers, the National Association of Schoolmasters Union of Women Teachers, the National Union of Teachers, and Women in Science and Engineering. The feedback has been POSITIVE!
